Roadrunner email users have to put up with the irritating problem of not able to receive any new message in the inbox folder of their mail. At the time, the company has not found any solution yet.
This problem is however not so common and occurs occasionally. This problem has been faced by more than 30% of TWC email users and they have tried a lot to come back to the mailing experience but didn’t come to the result.
Michael Hogan, Senior official from Roadrunner has conceded in the press conference that the problem is occurring due to corrupt database at server level and the company is trying its best to fix the problem as early as possible so that users can login again and enjoy mailing experience on their devices. Though the exact date and time as to when this problem will get solved is yet not confirmed but we can expect soon. The company in its press conference also confirmed that the problem with the mail is not due to the security problem on your computer.
Earlier this month, some users have reported on the complaint forum that they are getting problem in receiving the mail during weekends but the services automatically get resumed on weekdays. One of the Roadrunner email user in his complaint said, he is facing lot of problem when he travels from his location to out location or Washington D.C. Moreover, he is facing problem in sending the reply to the incoming mail.

Some people are wanting to get the compensation for disruption of service and they expect some credit in their bill but some are not agreed to it. Hogan, said the company is fixing the customers problem one to one and they want to satisfy customers completely so that they stick to our service. Hogan also acknowledged that the company will pay compensation in the form of refund to the next monthly bill so that users don’t get upset.
Kia La bracke shared her experience on the TWC wall by saying that she was on leave for two days as her mail was not working and the whole work was getting affected with it. She is executive director at American Academy of pediatrics. All the time, when she login to the account, she keeps on getting error message on screen.
According to time estimation, the problem mainly occurs when the system servers went down or the users save it for future delivery. In such cases, user can’t receive or send any new mail in the account.
